Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). Returns will not be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.
- Please note: The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.
- Pictures are required before any returns or exchanges can be processed.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at support@magicboxwrld.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and clear photos showing the condition of the items.
- Once your return/exchange is approved, we’ll provide you with further instructions.
Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot process returns for sale or clearance items.
